Crafted from structured, textured fucro fabric, the Imprint Tee features hand-embroidered patchwork blobs made from fabric scraps left behind in the making process. No two are the same because neither are the stories we carry.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    We want you to love your Soleil piece as much as we loved making it. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can make it better:

    Returns & Exchanges:

    - You may return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.

    - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

    - Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

    How to Start a Return:

    - Email us at soleil.sunbeamer@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if needed).

    - Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

    - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Refunds:

    - Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

    - Refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7 business days.

    Exchanges:

    - Love the piece but need a different size or style? Let us know and we’ll do our best to swap it out if stock allows.

    We’re a small brand pouring big love into every piece. If there’s an issue, please reach out — we’re here to make things right.

  • We currently ship from Harare, Zimbabwe. Every Soleil piece is carefully packaged with intention and love, because we believe your order should feel like a gift to yourself or someone you care about.

    Processing Time

    - Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

    - Made-to-order pieces may take up to 15 business days depending on the complexity — we'll keep you updated.

    Shipping Within Zimbabwe

    - Local delivery (Harare): $5–$10, depending on location.

    - Outside Harare: $10–$20 via trusted local couriers like Swift & ZimPost.

    - We’ll share a tracking number or delivery update once your item ships.

    International Shipping

    - Currently available to select countries. Email us at soleil.sunbeamer@gmail.com to inquire before placing your order.

    - Shipping fees vary based on destination and weight.

    - Any customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Packaging
    All items are packed in eco-conscious materials where possible — because sustainability is part of our story.

    Delays
    Shipping timelines are estimates. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, courier delays may happen. If there’s ever a holdup, we’ll keep you in the loop.
